Every Employer Must Keep Detailed Records
Since 20 November 2023 the ZEPDSV-A act requires every employer in Slovenia to record working time in detail — breaks, overtime, night work and absences included. Fines are high and the paperwork is slow.
Legal Obligation
Overtime caps of 8 hours per week and 170 per year, mandatory breaks, night-work rules and five-year retention — all of it must be provable on inspection.

NFC Tags & QR
Assign tags to employees or locations; a single tap registers the event. QR fallback for devices without NFC.

Working minutes including business trips, proportional breaks (30 min for 8 h, 15 min for 4–6 h), break overrun detection and night work (23:00–06:00).
Legal Limits with Warnings
Weekly and yearly overtime counters with visual alerts as you approach the limit — 90 % triggers an alarm.

Payroll Export
Vasco (fixed TXT), Pantheon (CSV) and eDavki (XML). Map internal codes to the codes of your accounting system.
